Battle 377 is also called "Cut Down!?"

Summary

Kenichi faces off against the Bantou master so Niijima, Freya, and her granfather would get to safety. However, Freya decided to fight to, as Kenichi was hit with a knee when he almost hit the Bantou master with a Mubyoshi. Kenichi was then suddenly slashed by the Bantou through his chest. Freya then saw that her grandfather was falling off the truck and had to save him, but the Bantou master got him and she and Niijima fell off the truck though saved by Niijima breaking her fall.

Elsewhere, Shigure found Niijima 3 kilometers ahead of her, Kisara, and Ukita. Ukita called the rest of the Shinpaku Alliance to regroup. When everyone got to Niijima and Freya, they were informed that Kenichi was cut across the chest, but Shigure believed that Kenichi survived. As Niijima tracked down Freya's grandfather, Freya thought it was strange that no one took his cell phone.

At the docks, Kenichi was shown with Freya's grandfather alive thanks to Shigure's special vest, but wounded. The Bantou Master was ordered by Agaard to take precaution of Kugatachi despite his looks. Freya's grandfather chewed some sagebrush and spit it on Kenichi to treat his wounds. Kugatachi told Kenichi to run, but he doesn't want to leave without him.
