Hair's Breadth Cross Counter

Takeda uses the same principles of Ryuusui Seikuken. He waits for the opportune time for the opponent to strike with their own technique, dodging said attacks within a milimeters (or hair's breadth). Through this he attacks with his own counter punch striking the opponent when they are most vulnerable thanks to them attacking at the same time, this makes the technique highly dangerous for the user yet very effective.
